A successful session begins with a comfortable environment without distractions, a good rapport with the hypnotherapist and your willingness to be hypnotized.
We will begin the first session by asking about your expectations and the problems for which you are seeking help.
Your initial hypnosis session will last from 60 to 90 minutes. Afterwards you may feel complete or wish to schedule further sessions. Often the changes you want to make can happen within three to five sessions.. Subsequent sessions will last 60 minutes or less. The time it takes to go into a trance and the number of sessions needed vary for each individual. For most people, three to five sessions with a hypnotherapist, along with practice on their own, are sufficient
